At almost 37 weeks pregnant, I show Jay that I can still do the tree balancing pose before I go to my yoga class.

Ok, so how long does one have to hold the tree pose in order for it to qualify? I did it but my tree kept falling over. Barry looked over at me and wanted to know just what I was doing. You do make a great tree Colleen!

Cool! As you know, I can't even do the tree pose pre-pregnant.
Looks like that grey shirt will carry you to the end of your pregnancy!

So impressed Colleen! Sometimes I wish I liked yoga, but then when I go to a class or do a video, I realize it's just not for me and wish I could be done...so I'm going to stop wishing I liked it:)

Colleen:
What a tree you are. This will probably show up on my space in a Yoga video soon.
And how long do you have to hold this?

Ann

Yes, yoga is good. Practice the breathing and the awkward poses for labor!

That is one of my favorite poses...ONLY, my leg is always slipping lower and lower during the pose, so I push my foot harder into my inner leg, then it hurts, so I release...yada yada yada. Catch my drift? You don't seem to have that problem. LUCKY! Does the belly help you balance?

That's the best preggo tree I ever did see. And I used to hang out at City Yoga!
