Seoul can be a tough city to navigate, luckily we now have Max around to help us figure it out=)

Max has just started to discover himself in the mirror. I love his shocked expression in this one.

Usually he is more interested in looking at all the characters around his mirror and not at himself. I guess he hasn't realized how cute he is. I am not sure who is having a better time in this one...maybe me.

For Father's Day Jay wanted to try taking Max to the pool again.

It was pretty bright out so we decided Max needed to try out his big floppy matching sun hat.

He was not really that into it.....

But we thought it was pretty funny....I mean cute.

Pool time didn't really last that long....Max is still not sure about the whole cold water thing. I am sure he will get used to it this summer in the states:)

And this one during his bath last night. What a difference a few months and a few pounds makes. Max has now doubled his birth weight and loves the bath!!! He loves it so much that he kicks water all over the place and wiggles until he slides down his lounger so far that his head is almost in the water and then laughs when we pick him up to scoot him back to the top. We think this game is pretty funny too:)

Max got these new Peepee Teepees from his Aunt Elisa and Uncle Scott so we tried them out at his next diaper changing.....as you can see he was pretty excited about it.

Like father like son. Max was supposed to be going down for a nap when he discovered the warning sign in his bassinet and decided he had to read it before bed.

My friend Ritsuko and her son Shoma came over today for our weekly play date. Shoma is 5 weeks older than Max.

This week the boys actually looked at each other, but they are still not sure what to make of the whole "play date" thing, or each other for that matter. In the meantime it is nice for Ritsuko and I to hang out. She is one of my friends from the Korean classes I took at Ewha University. They live a few buildings over from us in Dong-bu-Ichon-dong. Say that fast 10 times:)

Too cute not to blog.

We took a Sunday stroll to the Korean National Museum, which is practically across the street from our apartment. It's quite impressive and not overdone for once. Others had similar photo ideas.

There was a nice little pagoda garden on the grounds. Max demanded pacifier attention.

It rained briefly on us during the Sunday stroll but really opened up after we got home. The light outside is not so good for this grill shot but wanted to show off the new kabob cages that Mary Jane sent for my birthday. Thanks MJ!
